This two-hour Strategic Playground workshop will help participants will design a strategic discussion guide for a real initiative, project, challenge, or decision they are actively working on — one they can immediately use with their team or stakeholders to improve alignment, surface better ideas, uncover gaps and risks earlier, strengthen ownership, and make smarter decisions before moving further into execution.
If you’ve ever left a meeting feeling like:
the team settled on an obvious or surface-level solution without fully solving the real problem
people weren’t aligned on the real issue
the discussion stayed too tactical
important perspectives or risks never surfaced
the team generated activity, but not real clarity

Participants will bring a real business challenge, opportunity, initiative, or decision they are currently navigating and leave with a practical discussion structure designed for a conversation that actually matters.
This session is open by invitation only to past Strategic Playground participants. Because this is a highly interactive working session, seats are limited and advance registration is required. Participants may also bring one guest.
